We all wish for money, money, money, to better our lives, and to live without struggle! Who knew it could rot our brain!
What's winning to Mr. Sheen? Losing your children? Divorcing 3 wives? Getting fired from a multi-million dollar job? If that's winning, I’ll be a loser any day!

THAT DON'T IMPRESS ME MUCH!
It has come to my attention that COMPETITION and JEALOUSY are motivators amongst, wait for it, FRIENDS. How can this be when the definition of a friend is: a person attached to another by feelings of affection or personal regard. Affection meaning: fond attachment, devotion, or love. Love meaning: with out boundaries. I don't see the word jealousy or competition in these meanings. So what is the meaning of this? Why can't we just live separate lives together, and not compete for the happier ending? We are all bound for great and wonderful things. One phrase that should be banished from the not just the English language but all languages; 'why do good things keep happening to her, and not to me?' When are people going to start realising that good things come to you when you give good things out? Things happen when you put in the hard work. Someone wise once said to me, 'you will only get out what you put in'. Oh but wait, there is also that belief factor, the hope we hang on to for things we really can't control, like love. Something I don't think anyone can control. Once you have it you have to fight to keep it, if you lose it you fight to find it again, if you never had it, you fight to finally realise it.
Everything truly does happen for a reason. Instead of saying 'Gosh I wished that happened to me', say 'I'm so happy that happened to her, she truly does deserve it'. Because when you finally realise your happy ending, who will you want there basking in the glory with you?

mona lisa, please smile
Since facebook and myspace, it seems gone are the days of showing off our pearly whites, we see Mona Lisa like poses every where you look. We are taught at school to smile big and bright for our school pictures, but America 's Next Top Model taught us to smile with our eyes, something I haven't seemed to master.
I wonder what she is thinking in this picture....?

A little bit of fairy dust
When we are young we pray so much for our own fairy god mother. As we grow older we tend to lose most of our childish fantasies, yet the hope of someone so wonderful enlightens us at any age, even though we were young once upon a time, we never grow old in our hearts, so the hope of having a fairy god mother stays with us long after Cinderella finds her prince. So here's what I propose, if you want someone to float above us and sprinkle a little fairy dust we should get up, dust ourselves off, look in mirror and say 'today instead of wanting it so bad, I will sprinkle some fairy dust on someone else'. It's like a quote I read once upon a time "Be kinder than necessary, for everyone you meet is fighting some kind of battle." if we practice this we give ourselves our own fairy dust.

I HOPE YOU DANCE
dance;
to leap, skip, etc., as from excitement or emotion; move nimbly or quickly: to dance with joy.
recently my friend became engaged, there is one thing I hope for her and that's a lot of dancing, dancing makes you smile, and I hope she dances her way through life.
WHAT'S TO COME OF SOMEONE WHO THOUGHT IT WAS JUST A GOOD IDEA AT THE TIME
During the summer of 2007, I wanted more, again I was dreaming of something amazing. You see, I have tried to study, I have tried many times, yet nothing ever fit with me, so I thought, I work, I earn good money, so why not spend it in a place far far away. And that's exactly what I did. Just getting home from the most amazing European adventure with my BFF, I couldn't keep my feet still. I was itching to keep moving, having been stuck in slow motion for the last 4 years. I packed my bags and never looked back.
My father handed me the paper and without realising, he had circled my future.

LETS GET SERIOUS
Welcome to my BLOG! I love to write, read and dream. Having this blog allows me to do all 3! So let's get serious, what should you know about me??
I love life, I'm grateful for every breath I take.
I love making mistake, I mean, who would we be if we never made them.
I love laughing, it's true, laughter is the best medicine
I love ugly sweaters, so much that I dedicated my 26th birthday to them
I love people that share a smile for no reason, how nice is it when you are walking down the street and someone shares a smile with you. I suggest people try this and see how many people's days you may brighten
I love all things vintage, you should never throw anything away, all things great and old have a wonderful story
I love my mum
I love my bed, it's the only one place that almost every person hates getting out of
..................and I love chocolate, who doesn't?
